At Nazmul Fashion, your satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure you receive products that meet your expectations. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return / Refund Eligibility

  • Time Frame: You must request a return within 3 business days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags, packaging, and labels intact.
  • You must provide clear photos and/or videos of the issue via WhatsApp or email.
  • Customized or personalized items are generally non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

2. Acceptable Reasons for Return/Refund

Eligible for Return:

  • Manufacturing defects (stitching issues, color fading, fabric problems)
  • Wrong item delivered (different from what was ordered)
  • Damaged product during delivery

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Change of mind (size, color, or design not liked after ordering)
  • Used or washed products
  • Products without original tags and packaging
  • Requests made after 3 business days

3. Return & Refund Process

  1. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email with your order number and photos/videos.
  2. Ship the product back to us (return shipping cost is borne by the customer).
  3. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund or exchange.
  4. Refund will be issued within 5–7 business days after inspection.
  5. Refunds are processed via bKash, Nagad, or Bank Transfer (depending on your original payment method).

Important Note: Delivery charges and return shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchange Policy

  • Size or color exchange is allowed subject to stock availability.
  • Same conditions (3 business days, unused condition) apply for exchanges.

5. Special Notes

  • Sale/Discounted items follow the same return policy.
  • We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page.
  • All returns are subject to quality inspection by our team.
